The Hayward Suite is our purpose built function room, which is available to hire for private functions such as Weddings, Parties, Christenings, Funeral Wakes, Conferences, Training Days etc...
FUNCTION ROOM
The fully air conditioned function room is tastefully decorated, and can be easily dressed to suit your needs. Our event management team will be happy to talk through your ideas and make suggestions to help you. We can accommodate 100 people for a sit down meal or 150 standing.
WEDDING RECEPTION VENUE
The Hayward Suite provides a spacious venue for wedding receptions. The room is separate to our private members club and benefits from its own bar, toilets and fully operational kitchen.

CONFERENCE ROOM
The Hayward Suite is a great venue for daytime conferences/meetings/staff training £25 per hour. The room can be laid out to your specification, we have free WIFI, OHP and projector, free parking, disabled entrance and toilets, air conditioning, catering packages and teas/coffees available.
